{"id":141,"date":"2023-03-07T22:57:40","date_gmt":"2023-03-07T21:57:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.maau.cz\/?p=141"},"modified":"2023-03-29T13:05:13","modified_gmt":"2023-03-29T11:05:13","slug":"time","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.maau.cz\/en\/time\/","title":{"rendered":"Time"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>This poem is in English only<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Time always gets ahead of me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I didn&#8217;t seize yesterday,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">today is too late, what a delay,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">and tomorrow won&#8217;t let me be<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">fully aware of my decay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now isn&#8217;t now anymore,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">what was isn&#8217;t what it&#8217;s for,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">as my thought is obsolete<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">by the time it appears complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What then is duration&#8217;s core?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flow as that of a mountain stream,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">linear though it may seem,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">divides or connects branches,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">parallel is the true scheme<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">looping as now approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Memories, writing and sacrifice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">to past and future reach,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">overarching every vice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">in the present us to teach,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">that there&#8217;s a six on every dice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thus gamble meets the destiny,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">our choice throws options to roll<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">and opens destiny&#8217;s loophole,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">yet ties the lines of eternity &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">double sided version of infinity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Infinity is way too large,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">it&#8217;s hard to know where to start,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">how the inevitable to overarch,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">since relative is bound to last<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">and ephemeral is always vast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is constancy of speed,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">still, I feel the pressing need<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">to slow down arbitrary ticking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">and skip to the silent feeling &#8211;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">motionless, out of time, freed.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Time always gets ahead of me.
